You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence) to use the Site and Services. If you are using the Site or Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Definitions
2.1 “Services” means any online tools, platforms, software, applications, or other services provided by Project MCT, Inc. via the Site.
2.2 “User” or “You” refers to the person accessing or using the Site and/or Services, including but not limited to notaries, organizations, or any other entity creating an account or otherwise engaging with the Services.
3. Description of Services
3.1 Purpose of the Service
Project MCT provides a web-based platform primarily designed to facilitate the data entry and printing of certain California marriage-related forms, including but not limited to confidential marriage license forms, as authorized by the State of California.
3.2 No Official Issuance
Company does not issue confidential marriage licenses or any official government documents. The Service is a tool that assists authorized notaries in completing and printing the necessary forms, but final issuance or approval of any confidential marriage license remains solely with the authorized notary or the relevant government authority.
3.3 Limitations
• While we strive to ensure our forms and tools align with current standards, we do not guarantee that completed forms will be accepted by any county clerk or other official entity.
• The forms may print differently depending on your printer model, hardware settings, software, or the type of paper used. We cannot be liable for any variations in form output or printing inconsistencies.
• Users are responsible for verifying all data entered, as well as the final printed forms, for accuracy and completeness before submission to any authority.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to California laws governing notary services and confidential marriage licenses.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all information you provide through the Site or Services. Project MCT is not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by you or on your behalf.
4.3 Authorization
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary authority, licenses, and permits required to issue or handle confidential marriage license forms in California. Project MCT does not verify user credentials and is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Service.
5. Account Creation and Security
5.1 Account Registration
Some functionalities of our Services may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration and to keep this information up-to-date.
5.2 Confidentiality of Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
5.3 Termination or Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws.
6. Payments and Fees
6.1 Subscription Fees
Fees for subscriptions or other paid Services are announced on the Site. By purchasing a subscription or using paid features, you agree to pay the posted fees as they become due.
6.2 Billing and Payment
(a) Payment Method: You must provide valid and current payment information. You authorize the Company to charge such payment method for all fees associated with your subscription or use of paid features.
(b) Third-Party Payment Processor: We use a third-party payment processor to handle financial transactions. We do not store or have access to your full payment card details.
(c) Auto-Renewal: Unless otherwise stated, all subscriptions may be set to auto-renew at the end of their billing cycle. By subscribing, you authorize the Company to automatically charge your chosen payment method for the renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

6.4 Cancellation
(a) Cancellation by You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for subsequent billing cycles.
(b) Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel or terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms or any applicable laws. In such cases, we may provide a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Ownership
All content, software, and materials available on or through the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software (“Company Content”), are the property of Project MCT, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
7.2 Limited License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Company Content solely for the purpose of utilizing our Services.
7.3 User-Generated Content
Any data, forms, or other materials submitted, posted, or generated by you in using the Services remain your property. However, you grant Project MCT a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use such content as necessary to perform our obligations under these Terms (e.g., storing your data, facilitating form completion).

9.3 Form Output and Acceptance
• We make no guarantee that the printed forms will match any standardized format or meet every technical requirement (e.g., printer margins, paper quality, software compatibility).
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of pre-printed, numbered, or signed state forms, or the loss of such forms once they are in your possession.
• The acceptance of any printed documents by governmental or other authoritative bodies is beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Indirect Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Project MCT or its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, including but not limited to loss of forms, printing errors, or costs related to reprinting or reissuing documents.
10.2 Aggregate Liability
In no event shall Project MCT’s total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for accessing the Services in the six (6) months preceding the date of the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Jurisdictional Limitations
Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Project MCT, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Site or Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another, or (d) issues arising from printing, handling, or submitting forms to any third party.
12. Changes to the Terms
